Inside the Redmond Airport. I came for drinks because I had a long layover and ended up asking the server about gluten free options. She told me they can make a certain taco or wrap gluten free. I am sensitive to cross contamination so didn’t want to risk it. She then mentioned the tomato soup (without bread) and said that there is low risk of contamination for that. I ended up getting a small cup to start and then after having no reaction ordered a bowl. Nice to be able to eat something at the airport!
