Totally disappointed in my visit to Avantis. I got my hopes up after the reviews on this app-but definitely not taking a chance here. I asked my waitress to clarify the crappy disclaimer on the back of the gf menu (if you’re celiac you cannot eat here) and she was very unsure of herself. When I asked her to specifically check the bread label she said everything has the chance of cross-contamination in their restaurant regardless of being marked gf. At this point, I’m hungry (I still am!) and so confused- my only option was a salad. 😭 should have gone next door

This place is amazing. I got a gondola sandwich with the gluten free bread. I have celiac disease, and the gf bread at restaurants is usually really crumbly, dry, and small. The gf bread at Avantis is incredible. It looks and tastes so normal I was almost afraid to eat it! This is the first time I've had a really normal sandwich in years. I'm just in town visiting, but if I lived here this would be the only place I'd get my gf bread. The server was nice and when I told her I have celiac, she said she could have them prepare my sandwich in a separate area.

My kids love their GF gondolas!

I am very sensitive when it comes to gluten and this place really hurt my stomach. If you have severe sensitivity to gluten this wouldn't be a place to go 😕

I visited the normal location and was very impressed with their GF bread and pasta. Great options!!

Had to ask about the pasta, wasn't on the menu, but our waitress said they could do gf.

So good! Very helpful staff. Their gf menu has Fusilli, pizza, Gondola Subs, cookies, chicken breast, bread, and more. Delicious and family friendly.
