Really good gluten free pizza. Best I’ve had in quite a while. Definitely not confident in gf care but it didn’t make me sick.

We came here after enjoying a day at the Elgin Christmas tree farm fall festival. My husband had asked the man at the counter if the gluten free pizza was cooked separately from the other pizza and the man seemed real frustrated and got smart saying it’s cooked in an oven. They do not have knowledge of cross contamination.

This place far exceeded my expectations. Delicious gluten free crust with artichoke, spinach, and roadside garlic. Friendly, casual place, great for kids. Lots of room and big tables.

Edit: came back with the family and now they were out of gluten free crust so we had to leave. Very disappointing.

They offer a gluten free pizza crust and while they really didn't seem to know much about GF requirements, they did check on ingredients of their red sauce and I was able to order a pizza that was fine. They also had a great salad w/o the croutons and an Italian vinaigrette that was wonderful. Best pizza I've had in a while.

Best gluten free pizza in all of Austin! Aviator takes the pie and is worthy of that kind of big city title even though it's located a short ways away in Elgin. Trust me, I've tried all the "must have" gf pizzas in town, no one beats Aviator. No small personal pan size gf pizza found here! 12-inch made in-house dough that is enough to feed 2 people and have some to take home! That's the same size as their medium pizza! As if having the best golden crisp crust wasn't enough their menu is full of creative delicious combinations such as buffalo chicken pizza with a ranch base! To top it all off, they only charge you the price of a large pizza to sub the gluten free dough. The young gentleman at the counter who took out order ensured us that the dough is kept very separate from the rest of the pizza making prep areas.
