The restaurant is certainly celiac-friendly. We brought a celiac travel card translated into Greek (available online on any number of websites) and the wait staff and cook were very helpful about what was safe and what was not either because of gluten-containing ingredients or cross-contamination. There were many GF options available. They have gluten-free pasta on the menu and were happy to boil it in new water and a clean colander to strain it.
