They have poke bowls (sort of), with two gluten free sauces as options. Their rice is not gluten free, but they have quinoa and know to tell exactly what's suitable and what's not. They wanted to make sure everything was gluten free so I built my own bowl, and the cook went over my order again to make sure it's safe. They also said they changed gloves etc.

Note nothing is written in their menu not do they have one in english, so you have to ask everything, but it's DEFINITELY worth it, the food is incredible
