Awesome Sushi

I'm not sure what the other review was talking about.. multiple staff members told me there's nothing I can eat there. Avoid at all costs.

— Not at all

Is there a gluten-free menu?

— No gluten-free information on the menu

The menu here is quite extensive. However many of the items include tempura, crunchy, or spicy. Those things usually signify gluten. However, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly regarding which items I could make gluten-free. In essence, if I avoided the sauce and the imitation crab, I would be okay. Also, they let me know which items were made outside of the restaurant because they could not guarantee the gluten content. For example, the wasabi and some of the sauces. So, I had a Rainbow roll and a Brilliant roll - both with no sauce and real crab. It cost $3 extra for real crab, but it was worth it to not get glutened. After the meal I felt great, and the sushi was indeed awesome!
