Ay Caramba

Ay Caramba does not have a gluten free menu or anything marked on the menu as gluten free. When I asked when we arrived one waiter could not help us as he spoke little to no English. He pointed us towards Juan Carlos, Juan was fantastic. He came back to me with what they could do for me. There were 4 things, fajitas, a salad, chicken or beef tacos. I had the fajitas. They were great and I had zero issues afterwards. Juan checked in on me numerous times and assured me how things would be safe for me. He also followed the server out with the chips and salsa before our meals and explained how I could not have them as their fryer was not dedicated.
