Contrary to the other review that was written in 2022, the server informed me that there is no longer a dedicated fryer for the chips.

Spoke with staff and manager all seemed aware of gluten/celiac. Dedicated fryer for chips. Manager took my order and spoke with kitchen staff about prep. I had chips, salsa and pollo salad. Tested all with my Nima tester and all test gluten free
