Review of Azul Madera

Very good about gluten free for celiacs. They speak excellent English and they understand cross contamination and how to prepare your food safely. Of all the places on the island this is one of the ones I feel most safe. They do a great job. They can make about 2/3 of the menu GF with some substitutions. Tasty too
