Waiters are gluten knowledgeable. I had the tortilla soup which was amazing, and a lot of their me he is gluten free already

Awesome first dinner in Mexico City. I brought along a dining card so the waiter was able to guide me to appropriate options which there were a lot of. Great tortillas made on site and try the PANUCHOS DE COCHINITA PIBIL, which are bean and pork tacos as an appetizer. Out of this world.
