Review of B-ACK Yard BBQ

No separate menu, however the staff was very knowledgeable on what can be prepared gluten free and what cannot due to cross contamination. Lobster salad was great. They prepared the blackened salmon for the sandwich in a separate pan instead of the grill. All sauces are gluten free. I was safe eating here and other celiacs should be too.
