I was pleasantly surprised to find multiple gluten free options. Pizzas, bread sticks, and subs are all available gluten free. For pizza crusts they have both a gluten free cauliflower crust and a 7 x 9 Detroit style crust. The employee stated she hadn’t tried it personally, but the Detroit style was very popular. I can’t turn down the chance to eat a pizza with a good crust so I took her suggestion. I personally found the crust to be a little bland and spongy, but it was still better than most of the gluten free pizza crusts I've had. Their printed menu clearly lists gluten free options and marks which ingredients are gluten free which was very helpful. I'm always nervous about eating even gluten free pizza from a pizza place, but I didn't have any reaction. Not only would I order from them again, I would seek them out over other places that only offer pathetic, dry, thin gluten free crusts.
