Eat there all the time! They owner is super accommodating. Falafel is gluten free but make sure you ask for pan fried. They’ll heat up fresh oil just for you! Dill dip with carrots is another favorite. Owner very knowledge. Most staff is pretty knowledgeable as well

Baba's advertises themselves as gluten free and even claimed to be able to serve those with Celiacs...however, I tested my food with the new Nima Sensor and got a result saying it wasn't gluten free. I am sure that they did their best and that cross contamination was to blame. Regardless, they shouldn't advertise as gluten free if they aren't.

Many Menu Items are Gluten-Free (except such things as rice w/Orzo, Pit(z)a's, Spanokopita, and items with Pita (ask for non-Pita versions!)
They did a really nice job here.
Yes, there's gluten-free options, but be careful of cross-contamination. Falafel, while marked GF are fried in shared fryer. Visited in November 2015. Read my full review over on the blog: http://www.eatingoutwithout.com/2015/11/babas-mediterranean-kitchen-review.html

Fantastic food! So glad we found this place. It's close to Fort McHenry. Made for a great Father's Day.
Love this place! Their falafel is gluten free and it comes with quinoa, salad and hummas.
Amazing food, amazing service!
