This Lebanese restaurant is located within the Hyatt Regency at Zürich Airport. The menu isn’t labeled, but the staff was conscientious and the kitchen is informed. Two celiac diners and one with a sesame allergy all ate without problem.
Food was also good, which isn’t always the case when safety must be the priority. Not anlogt of menu items used gluten-containing ingredients anyway.
Gluten free bread was available, of the basic grocery-store variety. It came individually wrapped in plastic, heated in the bag.
