Ordered the Apple Fritter and it was sensational. I'm a frequent customer of Pushkin's (which is o.k.) but Bebe's would be my go-to choice on future trips to Sacramento. They state that everything they sell is gluten free. Many attractive doughnut choices were available.

Best donuts I’ve ever had! The apple fritter is my favorite with big chunks of baked apples. Love the variety of donuts, both regular and seasonal. The ice cream is delicious! I do wish they had cows milk for coffee drinks though.

Since being diagnosed with Celiac, I have missed having a real, delicious donut that was like the donuts that I used to know and love. I had tried store brands or making my own, but nothing had come anywhere close to the real thing…Then while visiting my family, I discovered this little gluten free (and vegan) gem that I think opened recently. They have donuts and churros that actually taste and have the texture of really good donuts and churros. Some of the donuts definitely look gluten free, but having tried most of the flavours they had in shop, I can say they did not taste gluten free (or vegan for that matter). It was not like sacrificing, but it felt like getting to go to a real donut shop with normal and fun flavour options. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was soft and airy with just the right texture. I will note if you have almond or coconut allergies to be careful. According to the website the donuts all have almond milk, and the ice cream is made from a coconut cream base.

The doughnuts were amazing! I had a strawberry cheesecake one and the filling was delicious. The entire place is GF and I would definitely recommend it.

A mix of cakey donuts and more traditional (I.e. delicious) fried donuts. I really enjoyed the Apple fritter and lemon donut hole—only GF donuts I’ve ever had that tasted like the real thing.

This place is amazing!!! I had dinner from Pushkin and realized this store is the same chain, drove right away to here, really good ice cream and you can eat whatever you’d like! I’ll be back in the morning for donuts too!

This place is so good. Everything is GF and vegan! It's a bit pricy so I only stop by on special occasions, but the ice cream is great, the waffle bowls are yummy, donuts are good and the churros are my absolute favorite!

BABES is our 6yo celiac's favorite stop for a treat. they are always changing up their donuts so it never gets old to visit. the young people who work there are always friendly.

as a bonus they're the only place in town I know of where you can buy bags of SF's Ritual coffee, which is delicious.

We stopped on our way out of Sacramento and it was SO WORTH IT! Never do I ever get to have GF donuts and these are amazing! I had to get one of everything to take home! The maple cruller is amazing, the churro was crisp and sugary, the Pride (it’s June) was delish and the frosting was light as air with just a little salty to balance the sweetness. Apple fritters we moist inside and filled with much chunks of apple. I haven’t gotten to the ferro Roche or several others but can’t wait to try!

It's supposed to be completely gluten free, but every time I go here I get sick. I don't know how careful they are about gluten in their kitchen. I know all their food is gluten free, but are their staff educated on cross contamination? I doubt it. Super hit or miss. Donuts taste fine. Ice cream is usually gummy and not good at all. Giving two stars because I love the idea of completely gluten free donuts and ice cream, but as someone with celiac disease, I shouldn't be scared to eat here. I would say save your money, and don't go to Babe's

everything is gluten free and vegan! the donut flavors rotate monthly so its worth going in often, but you cant go wrong with their crullers and sprinkle donuts that they always have.

some things can be overly sweet - the pride donut was like 60% sweet cream frosting to make the rainbow, or sometimes the flavors are sorta funky - like the sour peach ring donut, but mostly they knock it outta the park!

I walked in and couldn’t believe that everything I saw was GF! I felt like a kid on Christmas morning and tried almost every donut they had that day. They were all very good, but the hands down favorites were the Churro donut, apple fritter and cruller. I also had a waffle cone which stayed crispy down to the last bite. We tried reheating a leftover churro donut in the air fryer later that evening and it was perfectly delicious. I most definitely recommend Babes!
