As with a lot of places, choices are limited but I got the Seafood Salad and it was very good. No issues. I was careful to give the waitress my allergy info to give to the chef prior to ordering. There is not a gluten free menu. I’m also intolerant to dairy, soy, corn and eggs. Very challenging to eat out. I always take Digestive Enzymes when I do eat out.
Update 2/8/2020 Ate here again and had the fish broiled with the Leah topping, Greek side salad and sweet potato. Very good. No problems. The waiter even corrected my order because I accidentally ordered my fish pan sautéed which uses flour. He came back and let me know that wasn’t what I wanted since I’m gluten free. Always let your server know first thing.

We have been dining at Babin's since moving to Katy six years ago. This was the first time since I've been put on a gluten free diet. Babin's does not have a gluten free menu so you rely solely on the wait staff's knowledge of gluten free foods. There were a few items that are marked on the menu as (gluten free). I ordered Grilled Snapper and a gluten free topping. Unfortunately they topped my Snapper with a topping that contains gluten. They quickly took it back to the kitchen to correct the problem and left me the baked potato that had been on the plate with the sauce containing gluten. Not a good idea... They did bring a fresh hot potato when they brought my Snapper with the gluten free sauce, of course my husband had already finished his meal by then. We never heard an apology from the manager and there was no compensation for the inconvenience. I will think twice before returning to Babin's.

Waitress was very knowledgable about ingredients in dishes and suggested how to have food prepared to avoid cross-contamination. My tuna was nicely seasoned and cooked exactly as ordered. I didn't ask for allergen list or gluten free menu since wait staff was knowledgable and helpful. I'm not a dessert eater so didn't check out dessert menu.
