I have refractory celiac disease. We have ordered the Szechuan eggplant dish & the Singapore noodles telling them not to use soya sauce and make sure there is no wheat. It takes some explaining despite ordering the same thing every time. We’ve had them several times and not had any problems. And they were delicious. We have added curry chicken to our orders. They have two menus an authentic Chinese one and a Canadian version. Everything from the authentic Chinese menu is delicious I don’t know about the Chinese Canadian one. They are very quick as well.
