I am a symptomatic celiac. They had lots of options for me and assured me I would be well taken care of with special care to avoid cross contamination. All four of us loved the food we ordered and I did not have any celiac reaction.

I noted gluten free in the reservation. We were met at the door by someone who explained their procedures for assuring there is no cross contamination. Wide selection of gluten free items available.
Wine and (non gf) beer only, do not sell spirits. The bread looked wonderful and I really wished they offered a gluten free version.
Overall, great experience enjoyed by us and our dinner guests.

Ate at the bar, bartender Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable. But it was clear the owners made sure everyone understands gluten and cross contamination. Many choices with the GF pasta. Had burrata with fresh peaches for a starter, braised short ribs with polenta, and the flourless chocolate cake. All excellent.

Drea (Andrea), waitress is very helpful. She understands Celiac disease it runs in her family. The Chef also is knowledgeable with our disease. They import GF pasta that is cooked in a separate pot. There are a lot of GF options on their menu. I will be back.

Food was to die for- really a treat. Our waitress (Sheri?) gave us some recommendations , all of them were excellent. Excellent gluten free pasta, and seafood options. Their salad were wonderful as well. Service was friendly, helpful, and respectful. Knowledgeable on celiac concerns, and I did well post meal. I would definitely go back!

Just had a delicious meal at Baci! They have things labeled and import their GF pasta from Italy (although I found out about that after the meal). I had halibut and risotto and the flourless chocolate cake which was one of the best I have had!

I’m really interested in why others have given this 5 starts. I have celiac and felt the menu was extremely limited; no pasta only risotto; not necessarily what I give my service to as a person with celiac. As I left I caught the waiter telling someone else something is safe for celiac and that’s just disappointing after $80 there
Delicious food and the waiter was amazing. Knowledgeable and took extra precautions.

Do not go here if you have Celiac, the owner was rude. They brought my salad with croutons. It was my birthday dinner, should have gone somewhere else.

Omg!!!!! We were hesitant to go to Baci because I am also allergic to garlic, pepper, and olive oil...all staple ingredients for a lot of Italian cuisine. We went in and were assured that it was safe for me being celiac. After adding my other large allergies, they brought the chef over to talked to me. He told me that they make a lot of their dishes made to order and so I would have plenty of options to choose from. After we got seated, he came back over and discussed what I wanted and literally went back and just whipped up a dish for me tailored to all of my allergies. I kid you not, it was the best dinner I have eaten in as long as I can remember!! It was fantastic! My boyfriend’s gluten-filled meal was also incredible! The desert did not taste gluten free at all! Nor was it heavy or gross feeling afterwards, despite being super full. Everything was completely safe and, whereas I normally leave any given restaurant with stomach pains from other food intolerances that I have; for once I am feeling great!!!??!!! That never happens. The chef is so friendly and is out in the front of the restaurant often making sure everyone is happy. It is exactly the way a fine dining restaurant should be. This experience could not have been better. Not one thing could have been changed to make it better. I was in such good hands and felt completely safe. My God, no matter what allergy you have, I bet you could eat here! :-)! :-)

Super friendly! The chef and waiters are super helpful with GF and will work with you to make something you like. Been here at least 3 times and never gotten sick. Also very considerate to other food allergies and dietary restrictions. Also the food is delicious!

Great experience! Celiac tested and approved. I had prosciutto and melon to start followed by chicken picatta with gluten-free pasta. This was a great place for dinner and is also kid-friendly.
This place is amazing!!!! Not only did they take celiac very seriously, but the food is phenomenal. When I asked if they made their own gf pasta they not only shared with me what they served, but they gave me a bag to take with me and told me how to prepare. Literally one of the best dining experiences as a celiac ever!!!
