Absofreakinlutely delicious!!!! We have 2 family members with Celiac and dairy allergies and rarely get such delicious goodies (outside of our home kitchen), but this place was awesome! We tried as many goodies as we possibly could, LOVED the pizza rolls and the cinnamon rolls were amazing! We may have left with an empty wallet, but we left with full, happy bellies and will definitely be back for more the next time that we’re in the area!
Amazing! Was here a few years ago when it was just a bakery. They've expanded. My kids got Mac and cheese, hubby got grilled cheese and I had a biscuit and gravy. Ohhhhh!! So so good. Growing up in Portland my favorite food was probably Biscuits and gravy and now that I'm gf, and living on the East coast, difficult to find gf. This made made year it was that good. Excellent Pizza rolls too. We also got a large assortment of desserts to bring for a cook out tonight with friends. Everything looks so so good!
Absolutely the best I have ever had! Chili Mac was awesome, veggie burger on biscuit amazing, and the grilled cheese was so good I ate it super slow . Marble cake with raspberry filling and, Oreo cookie cheese cake ridiculously out of this world while the cherry coconut ice cream was a perfect replica of cherry Garcia ...this place left me speechless until now!
Totally GF and vegan. We go here a few times a month. For breakfast we always get the cashew tarts. For dinners, my favorites are the buffalo drumsticks, the Mac and cheese (not sure what pasta they use but I can’t tell it’s GF), and the biscuit burger. For sweets, we love the cookies, cheesecakes, milkshakes, cream pies.
if celiac and dairy bothers you this is a great place to go, everything’s plant based and tastes just like normal food! they are 2 buildings side by side ones a bakery and the other a restaurants ( breakfast/lunch/dinner). They have everything from cinnamon rolls , to pies , pizzas , scones , muffins , milkshakes , cakes , whoopie pies , cookies ect... went there every night while visiting portland! (also vegan) 10/10
Could not believe the choices! All gluten free! It felt amazing to be able to safely choose anything on the menu. We ordered the chili and Caesar salad. Both were very delicious! The cornbread was on point! We wish we had room for the incredible desserts in the display case or an entire menu of ice cream sundaes! Highly recommend for the food. The service was a bit lacking. One of the waitresses was great. Another acted like we were bothering her and even complained about picking up after people, especially if they left no tip.
Went a while ago and loved the ice cream Update: had their peanut better fudge, sandwich cookie, and a couple of other things at a GIG meeting, and I liked it. The only problem for me was that it was a bit too sweet (and this is coming from a kid with a major sweet tooth).
Sweet, friendly and very engaged staff in this tiny shop. The baked goods exceeded my expectations, and the chili was a pretty ideal level of spice. They easily accommodated multiple allergies (nut and soy). I will definitely bring friends for the non-dairy soft serve and housemate waffle cones!
This bakery is totally gluten free and vegan. What fun to have so very many choices. We tried the mini cake. It was an beautiful chocolate frosting on a yellow cake with creme filling between the layers. It was moist and delicious! The chocolate chip cookies and raw chocolate fudge were incredible. I only wish we stayed in Portland longer so we could have eaten more!
we were here today and were in heaven! being a gluten and dairy free family it was wonderful to know we were having safe food that tasted AMAZING! we had blood orange "cheese"cake, chocolate coconut cream pie, lavender lemon poppyseed cake and chocolate lavender ice cream! we will be back next time we are in portland. would recommend to any & everyone gf/df or not!
