Review of Backcountry Delicatessen

Went there today & person who took my order at the register asked if it was an allergy or preference when I said I’d have my sandwich on gluten free bread. That tells me they are more careful when it’s an allergy & I appreciate any place that asks. Just can’t have your sandwich toasted as that would contaminate it, but that’s a given any time there’s a toaster.
