(This restaurant is only accessible for visitors of Efteling) This catering establishment was added in December 2021 and the atmosphere is very cozy. Inside it smells of sweet pastries, there are flowers on the tables and cheerful decorations on the walls.

At Backery Krümel, you can get gluten-free pizzas, sandwiches and brownies.

The sandwiches to choose from are white and brown buns with cheese or ham and cheese. We did not try these sandwiches ourselves. At this bakery, you can order different slab pizzas and fortunately there are also gluten-free pizzas. There is one with salami and a vegan one with vegan cheese and arugula. With purchase, you receive two pizza slices. The crust of the pizza is nice and crispy, but the inside is a bit softer.
(Note: the gf pizzas are baked in the same oven as regular pizzas. This is what the establishment has to say: The normal procedure is that the special pizza bases are topped with ingredients from new packaging and then prepared on special baking trays. The baking sheets then only need to be placed in the deck oven. This oven has little to no air circulation, allowing us to minimize cross-contamination. This method is common in the market. )

The brownie you can buy here is still wrapped in plastic. So you can also choose to take this snack with you for a later convenient time. The brownie is nice and creamy and full of flavor.
