I ordered two pizzas and asked them to put parchment under them in the oven as they do cook on the same surface. No issues and great pizza. It didn’t get as brown and crispy on the bottom, which they warned me about but it was tasty and a nice change of pace. They make their own crust.

The crust was very thin and had no flavor. It was overpriced as well. The staff was not very hospitable. Probably won't come again.

While not certified, they are really careful and only use corn meal to layout the pizzas. My son and wife have celiac and neither got sick. My son is extremely sensitive and has had reactions to what seem to be trace amounts of gluten. Pizza was excellent and looked like the non-gf pizza.
