Hidden gem. Late night on the strip is hard to find celiac friendly food. This place went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't contaminated. They have an amazing GF bun you can put any burger or sandwich on. Nothing fried unfortunately but still tons of options. I had the Philly Cheesesteak with a side of Chilli. Both were amazing. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will definitely return any time I'm in vegas.
