Can’t go wrong with Bacon! Gluten free options galore! Dedicated kitchen area and fryer, so of course this celiac got fries, and a gluten free batter dipped fish sandwich! Yum!

THIS IS SO GOOD. BEST GF CHICKEN AND BEST GF WAFFLES I HAVE EVER HAD. had to confirm with waitress that it was actually gf bc i could not believe that it was so good. my friend who isn’t gf split the gf chicken and waffles tower with me and said it was also the best chicken and waffles they’ve ever had too.
the owner’s brother in law has celiac so they’ve worked on curating making gf stuff that actually tastes good lol. we are here for 2 days and will definitely be coming back tmw.
they also prepare all the gf stuff separately

My husband and I opened our restaurant in May of 2022. My brother in-law has had celiac for 20 years and we wanted to offer options for him. So, we started off with GF buns for our burgers and over time grew our GF options quite a bit. To the point where most of our menu can be GF, with the exception of only a few items.
We have a dedicated fryer for everything fried, which includes French fries, home fries, GF crispy chicken and GF fried fish.
We have dedicated waffle iron for our GF waffles as well as a dedicated toaster for our GF toast & buns.
We cook everything GF separate from GF items to prevent cross contamination.
So, you can enjoy breakfast with GF pancakes, French toast or even GF chicken & waffles. You can enjoy lunch with a GF Ruben or chicken sandwich. And you can enjoy dinner with a GF burger or Fish & chips.
We hope to increase our options for the GF community over time as well and we look forward to servicing you.

So many GF options! They had a separate fryer and trained staff on other ways to prevent cross contamination. The service was wonderful and the owner came to the table to check and be sure we were enjoying our meal. I had fried fish, loaded fries and the power green Cole slaw. All so delicious with their homemade sauces. Oh and spicy bacon bloody mary. All delicious! I wish I would have found it before our last day of vacation.
My husband and I tried Bacon Street for the first time last weekend. As he's a newly diagnosed Celiac, we are always nervous about trying restaurants that claim to be gluten-free...because you just never know how careful places are about cross contamination. We were so happy to see the items on the menu that are available in a gluten-free option were clearly marked. The young lady who waited on us answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. She let us know that they have dedicated areas and tools in the kitchen specifically for gluten-free only. That includes dedicated fryers! The meals were excellent and we cant wait to make this a regular place in our restaurant rotation! :)
This place is excellent for gluten free. They have a dedicated fryer. I ordered fried chicken and French fries. Could not have the gravy, but waitress offered dipping sauces. Very knowledgeable and take allergies seriously. Excellent fresh squeezed orange juice and excellent service
Really great restaurant with a ton of options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served all day! Pancakes, French toast, waffles— everything! We’ve eaten here once before for breakfast and it was good but can get really pricey because of all the GF extra prices. We went again last night for dinner and I got the fried chicken sandwich with loaded mashed potatoes. YUM! Definitely worth the trip for all the options but be prepared to pay extra to make the items GF.
This place is amazing. For those that need to eat gluten free, this place is perfect. Staff and owner are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. They have so many delicious options. The gf apple cinnamon french toast was amazing. The gf salmon Bennie was also fantastic. Also, do yourself a favor and get the orange juice. Whether you need to eat gluten free or not, you should absolutely go here for great service and amazing food. We even went back a second time during our weekend in town, just so we could try more dishes. The California Chicken was an awesome lunch along with the bacon fries.
As someone with Celiac, I cannot say enough great things about this place. At other places, there are so many things I usually would not order b/c the gluten-free options are so bland tasting. Not at all the case at Bacon Street; they have unbelievable foods you would never even guess were fully gluten-free. Super helpful and thoughtful staff, great with gluten-free explanations. Even the sauces are made in-house and confirmed gluten-free. We are frequent guests here since discovering this amazing place!
Not worth the money. Ordered a fish sandwich and was charged DOUBLE to make it GF. Their reasoning was that they needed to use the GF batter and they needed a GF bun, so 2 charges of $3 on top of the regular price. Funny how you don’t get a discount of the cream puff they can’t give you since it contains gluten. The sandwich was very bland, and fish was overcooked and dry. The owner came over to talk but didn’t even offer anything to make the situation better. It was a very disappointing and expensive lunch. Do not recommend.
There are a lot of gluten free options listed on the menu. They have a separate area in the kitchen for gluten free prep and cook with a dedicated fryer. Overall a good experience.
Celiac here! We had a great experience. Super knowledgeable and the home fries are in a dedicated fryer. Also, the waffle was in its own separate iron!
Typical diner menu with ability to make everything GF. They have separate GF prep area and fryers. I had the GF waffle and it was amazing. Highly recommend
Fantastic experience! Being both gluten and dairy intolerant, it’s wonderful to discover a restaurant that understands and has lots of options. I had chicken tenders and fries. The fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. So delicious. This will definitely be one of my favourite places to dine. Cheers 😊
The food was amazing, and all of the staff was very nice with accommodating for my celiac. They can make almost any of their food gluten free, and it has been well over 12 hours and no side effects at all. If you’re in the area and need a place to eat, I highly recommend coming here.

Highly recommended!!! Great food and felt very safe. Our server was a little unsure on some stuff, but got the answers we needed. And even gave us some suggestions. The owner checked on us several times and had a lengthy conversation with us.
Absolutly delicious! This place brings back classics you probably haven’t had in a very long time. The only thing i wish would be for the mozzarella sticks to be gf! They have a dedicated fryer for all your gf needs. gf fried chicken, gf fries.. it doesn’t get much better
The food is incredibly delicious! All employees are knowledgeable about Gfree and Cross Contamination. They have extensive variety of Gfree options. We were delighted to meet the owner. She’s such a lovely person. I had the Vegan Burger in a Gfree bun that was soft and dies not crumble. They have a separated section in the kitchen to prep Gfree food and a separate frier. Fries are homemade and delish. We will definitely be back soon. I already know what I’m ordering. 💚

Found this while traveling. So many menu items can be made gluten free! First day I had the corned beef skillet. It was absolutely delicious. The flavor of the corned beef was excellent! Day 2 I had the chicken and waffle tower. Oh my! The waffle was crispy on the outside and chicken tenders were moist but crispy on the outside. The owner mentioned they have family with celiac so they are always wanting to expand their gf options. Everything was so good and I would highly recommend!
I had the loaded fries along with a coffee and a ham, bacon blt. It was absolutely delicious 😋 I will be back. The bacon was by far the best I've ever had. Yes I'm a celiac.

Unreal GF. Dedicated fryer/kitchen area. Waiter so knowledgeable, owner even came over and told us she has a brother in law with celiac which is why she tries to make as much of the menu GF as she can.
The food was amazing! The service was fantastic! There were lots of options! The owner and staff fully understand celiac and cross contamination. We ate here several times without incident. In my opinion, the cost was fine as well, it was appropriately priced!
Food was decent but the GF up charge is a bit too much. We know that GF bread costs more, but it doesn’t appear that the pricing for GF meals does not include the gluten bread or muffin.
AMAZING experience! I was FREAKING out with the gf options. Waiter was super nice and knew what was gf. Items are clearly marked on the menu, they have a separate space for gf prepared items and a separate fryer. I live in Texas, but I will definitely be back to eat here. I got the chicken strips and fries, and then some loaded fries. Amazing food and I didn’t get sick!!
Awesome spot! Spent the weekend at Clearwater Beach and made sure to stop and try it on the way home. Tons of safe and delicious options - we got fried chicken, fries, salad and French toast. Met one of the owners who takes celiac extremely due to her brother in law having it. It was so nice to eat delicious food without worrying.
The food is good however it is insane how much they up-charge to make gluten free food. I understand it can be a necessity but having to pay $8 extra for one meal and $4 extra for two others for food that was not that special is very disappointing. Our server was somewhat knowledgeable. Probably won’t be coming back here for a while.

Hi Megan, Not sure what you had that was GF, but GF for us is expensive, which in turn we then charge the customer for. We have tried our best to expand GF options for our customers but it unfortunately does come with a cost to it. Usually if there is a charge of about $8 to make an item GF it is upgrading 2 separate items...example GF waffle and GF Chicken for our Chicken Waffle Tower. I'm sorry you don't like the prices of our GF items and you can always do grilled chicken or something that will make it GF, but not an upgrade that will not cost anything.
Best GF pancakes I’ve had in a long time! I ordered the sampler, which included 1 blueberry, 1 pumpkin and 1 chocolate chip. Pumpkin was my favorite but all were delicious. My husband (not GF) had the maple bacon pancake special and it was loaded with bananas, caramel, whipped cream, and bacon. He loved it. The OJ was fresh squeezed. Great place.

What a great breakfast! So easy to talk with them about what items were gluten free and dairy free! Home fries are done in their own fryer and so good! Omelets are made with just eggs so it was easy to have those dairy free as well! Fresh squeezed juice and had almond milk for the coffee! A must stop if you need a good place to eat!!!!

Amazing menu and choices. Owner is very educated with gf and all employees are trained about cross contamination. Almost the whole menu is gf options. I had the most amazing homemade French toast this morning!! It’s been years!! Amazing restaurant and no reactions at all.
Overall the service was bad and so was the Gluten Free options, if you're looking for Gluten Free options look elsewhere.

Dedicated space in the kitchen for gluten free and will separate the cooking of items specifically for this purpose. No reaction at all and everything is homemade! Delicious and huge GF menu!
Chris was great! Knowledgeable about GF options. $3.49 up charge for GF breads. The Ruben was great!

Hi there Garrett, happy that you liked the GF option you had with the Ruben, which we cook from scratch overnight for 10 hours, so yummy. We charge $3.25 for GF buns and $2.99 for GF bread. Unfortunately, the cost for GF bread for us is expensive and in turn we charge the customers for the GF upgrade.
This was the most amazing place ever!!! Most of there menu can be made GF. They will also go and make you a personal pie with no crust for dessert! We had buffalo chicken, French fry’s, the breakfast burger, fish and chips, chocolate pie, and peanut pie. It was amazing!!!

Great food with a lot of options. I got the fried chicken sandwich with bacon. There was an up charge for both the bun and making the fried chicken gluten free but it tasted great. This is a restaurant that makes you feel normal again bc there are so many options to choose from. The owner came out and introduced herself. She has a brother in law with celiac. I will definitely come here again next time we are in the area.
Just had dinner here. Hidden gem! Separate fryers which the server made sure to point out. We shared the loaded bacon fries-best we’ve ever had. I can’t wait to return and try the gluten free french toast or pancakes.
There are so MANY gf options that I had a hard time deciding. We ended up with 1) fries with cheese and bacon on top 2) salad with gf crispy chicken (fried chicken) and 3) fish and chips. It’s not beer battered (obviously) or traditional in any way. The coating was sweet somehow. I asked and the waitress thinks they use the pancake batter in the coating. Whatever they used it was really good. Highly recommend. Sorry, no pictures. I was so excited I forgot.
Wonderful place! Completely safe, they have dedicated gluten free friers and are extra safe. I found myself gluten free breaded fish and chips which was such a nice treat. This was awesome, highly recommend!
I got the bacon and chicken waffle tower! Sooo yummy! I was lucky enough to meet the owner and her brother in law is celiac so they can do almost everything on the menu. I can’t wait to go back!
I’m an Allergic Celiac and found this Little Gem… The Menu is Amazing Lots of Gluten Free Items All Delicious and I’m very picky with gluten free food as it usually taste like cardboard. You definitely won’t be disappointed Eating here… Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner Shannon the server is Awesome and very knowledgeable
