Limited options but bartender was previously a chef and is very knowledgeable about gluten and celiac. Omelette is gf and he took extra care to alert the kitchen. If stuck at N gates this is a good option.
Gluten intolerant here Got a cheeseburger with no bun and fries. Had no issues. Server has celiac wife and completely understands the Gluten allergy

No gluten-free options, shared kitchen and workspaces with gluten. Not celiac safe.
Last time I was through, I was craving a BLT and they made it without bread for me... But it was shredded lettuce. Tasted great

Unlike most Bad Eggs, this one does not offer any gluten free listing on menu or any allergen info. Waitress told me that the two salads and California Omelet do not contain any gluten ingredients but can not avoid cross contamination. Avoid if you have celiac.
