This restaurant is a bit of an institution in Baddeck, known for great lobster as well as local mussels and cedar planked smoked salmon. The owner has celiac disease so gluten free options abound. When I told the waitress about my gluten sensitivity, she offered gf biscuits to go with my lobster dinner. I actually can’t remember having such a flaky and delicious biscuit in years. When it came time for dessert, I had the option of a double chocolate brownie or a cobbler and I chose the delicious brownie.
