They have a seperate fryer for wings and fries to be made gluten free. They're extra careful to make sure everything is safe. For wing sauces they ask that you read the ingredients lists to determine what sauces are gluten free, so I'd recommend going in person your first time. The dry Cajun wings were delicious as was the house made butter chicken sauce.

They staff said they have a dedicated gluten-free work station and a dedicated fryer. We had the hot, medium, and mild wings, and fries. Fries were very good. Wings were pretty good, although a little soggy. Did not get sick after eating takeout from there.
UPDATE: Went back a second time and discovered that many, but NOT ALL of the sauces are gluten free. Ask to see the ingredients on the bottle. Honey Garlic are NOT gluten free as it has soy sauce in it!
