Unbelievable gluten free bagel. Best I’ve had since being diagnosed as celiac. Both bagel and cream cheese ratio are perfect. They are super careful (Separate preparation area, separate toaster. And, the woman who prepared my bagel told me her son also has Celiac.) GF bagel is not on the menu but just ask when you order. For those wanting to find a “real” bagel again - 100/10, do not miss this place!

Went to buy some bagels to take home. I understand they have a dedicated gluten free area and dedicated toaster. My issue is that I paid three dollars a bagel for store bought Canyon Bakehouse brand bagels. I recognized them when I got home because I eat them everyday for breakfast. They taste exactly the same and are even partially cut the same. Great option if you are in the area and looking for a safe lunch but I don’t recommend traveling here from far. Go to your grocery store instead.

Owner Response

I am sorry you were unhappy with your purchase.

During Covid we were supplied with a different bagel

as the dedicated kitchen was closed and baking materials were and are in shot supply.

The women that makes the bagels is related to a family that makes gluten free products.

The slicer was purchased by us. There are only a few companies that make slices.

You still come in for our cream cheese and Amish wedding products.

As you are not happy with our quality or taste we recommend your try a different shop

Thank You,

Tobie

Gluten free bagels are fabulous! They had 6 different varieties baked for them by an outside baker. Lots of flavors of homemade cream cheese. I had the raspberry which had lots of real raspberries. Plenty of lunch options too!

This place is great. We live out of town and were trying to find Lunch for my celiac husband. Staff was very knowledgeable on GF and celiac. GF dedicated toaster, GF food prepped in dedicated GF space. Great GF bagels and food. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Best gluten free bagels. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly!!

Many different gf bagel options.

Amazing bagels and staff! Family owned, dedicated area. Delicious homemade bagels and cream cheese. They even freshly cut deli meat and tomato to make sure nothing was cross contaminated! Highly recommend!

The staff was not very friendly however they were VERY careful about cross contamination which I respect. Separate area & separate trays etc. Very cautious. The poor review is based mostly on taste. I got an egg & cheese on a plain gluten free bagel. The egg was microwaved right in front of me and the bagel didn’t taste any different if not the same bagels you would buy from udi’s. I will not go back but if I did I would stick to cream cheese.

The Bagel Bin is very careful about cross contamination. They have a separate area where they prepare and toast the bagels (separate toasters). My husband and son are Celiac and have been enjoying their GF bagels for years. Thankful to have the Bagel Bin in our town!!

4 options for GF bagels this morning: plain, blueberry, cinnamon raisin and everything. I ordered the cinnamon raisin and everything, they got them from the back in a separate double wrapped bag. Both came tested safe on my Nima!!!! I haven’t had a bagel in years, they were very good, would t have know the difference.

Gluten-free bagels were delicious, however we may have caught the staff on a bad day. They were so busy up selling their gluten-free products that they seemed very distracted taking my actual order, when the order came out incorrect, rather than apologize she was insistent that I ordered this food. I paid for the food though next time will try the bagel place down the street that was recommended by the local town people.

I visited this bagel shop about three years ago and the bagels were tiny and just ok. I recently gave it another try. They now use a gluten free baker in a gluten free kitchen. These bagels are amazing. I make the twenty minute ride three times a month. The bagels are chewy and even taste good without toasting. These are the best bagels I have found in 8 years of being GF.

Awesome bagel!! They taste like a regular bagel. Great texture and flavor. That have a seoerate counter area, toaster, knife, and cream cheese! Nicest people behind the counter. They have a great understanding of Celiac and gluten free diets. They also sell pasta and pizza dough to take home. Great find.

Pretty large selection for GF breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well as a few other GF products such as otmeal, cookies, pasta and pizza bites. The eggs in the breakfast sandwiches are from a carton and both the eggs and bacon are cooked in the microwave. GF options are extremely overpriced... I asked for 6 GF bagles once and it was over $18 and the bagels were not even fresh, they were frozen. To say the least I was pretty disappointed and unsatisfied. The GF products other than bagles and sandwiches that they have are delicious and worth the money but in my opionion their GF breakfast sandwiches and bagles are not.

This place rocks!! We are a gluten free family and eat here all the time. They have GF bagels, bread, muffin tops and many flavors of GF oatmeal. Great selection of cookies, even chocolate covered oreos. You can order almost everthing off the menu. They take great care as to not cross contaminate.Give them a try you will be quite surprised. The bagels are a little small but they taste great.
