Visited here on our road trip stop in Clermont Ferrand really knowledgeable and asked if intolerance or allergy . Changed gloves used separate knives and bagel was in an individual bag. Tasted so good

Bagel sans gluten, j’ai précisé que j’ai la maladie cœliaque et la dame a demandé à ce que tout soit nettoyé donc à priori ça m’a l’air plutôt safe !
