They prepare the gluten free stuff in a separate room, using different tools. They didn't have any tuna mayo that was suitable to be coeliac safe so instead of risking it and using some of the front of the shop they said I needed to change my order. Very happy with that as I get ill very quickly. Amazing service and food as always! We travel from London about every 6 weeks for this.

I went there as a stop during my trip to get some food, given their reviews from others. I was the first one there and was told similar information as everyone else. I had my first bagel and it was pricey but it was tasty and felt amazing. I decided to get another for the trip, and that is where the issues started. Immediately after having the second I felt all of the gluten symptoms. Not worth the trip for the price and the stomach pains

Amazing bagels! Gluten free bagels available. Safe for celiacs as everything is cleaned before preparing a gf bagel. Highly recommended!

Best bagels I’ve eaten! Fresh ingredients, warm bagels. Very good coffee, too. Dedicated gluten-free staff and separeted kitchen. The staff was really friendly. Definetelly gluten-free place. I even bought a take-away bagel for lunch. Highly recommended!

Love this place!!!! Staff were super knowledgable. All bagels meals can be made using GF bagel and tasted incredible. They use a separate toaster oven and made it out the back to avoid cross contamination. Would definitely recommend.

They prepared the bagel in the back so there wasn’t cross contamination and they had a list of options that were celiac friendly since some of the ingredients were cross contaminated. A great experience with staff who are knowledgeable and want to make sure you’re safe! They only had one type of gf bagel but it was pretty tasty!

Amazing with coeliacs! Made sure she got all the contaminated Equiptment far away and that she made all the non- gluten frees first. And made mine in the back. Definately certified gluten free definately for coeliacs.

I have never felt safer in my life. They were asking if I was coeliac so they could get a fresh board etc whilst also checking with me about the may contain in the mayo I’d ordered. Absolutely kings of gf bagels and tastes so good. Safest place in Brighton
