Practically all bagel options are available on a GF bagel. Staff asks whether you have an intolerance or coeliacs. Certain options do have to go in an oven with other gluten containing dishes and if so they will notify you beforehand so you're able to change your mind if you're strict with cross contamination. In these cases they will also put your bagel in foil to reduce risk. Staff uses new utensils and clean kitchen space for GF orders.
Bagels & Beans has a lot of restaurants spread out through the Netherlands and is generally a pretty good option, especially for lunch.
