While no GF options were listed on their menu, I called to notify them that I would be attending and that I am coeliac. They accommodated and offered to alter anything on the menu. This made me apprehensive, but they were able to answer all of my questions, and explained exactly which ingredients would be altered. When serving, they outlined everything to me, explaining what I could eat and what I couldn’t. No reaction.
