This place has a gluten free menu with lots of options. I was told my dish would be prepared separately when I asked. Food was simple but very tasty and the place is well run and clean. A good find in York.

This was a very welcome stop on my way back to my hostel. I purchased a potato and leek soup that was amazing. I wish I'd had time to have breakfast there! Staff very friendly and knew everything I could have.

Went for coffee and a cake. There were about 5/6 gluten free cakes on offer and the waitress was knowledgeable about which ones I could have. I was very excited about having so much choice. Cake was delicious. I also saw they offer a gluten free full English too!

Great selection on gluten free menu. Seemed to have a good understanding and any cakes/deserts that were on the gluten free options were not on offer containing gluten. All really tasty food, our daughter is coeliac and enjoyed her cooked breakfast.

Me and my family have been coming here for a while but this is the first time i’ve been since being gluten free. There was a very varied and good gluten free menu that I had to ask for (will attach photo), with lunch, breakfast, and dessert options. The cafe is in a perfect location as it is opposite the museum gardens and is usually quite quiet which I personally like. The food was absolutely delicious and came quickly and all the servers are very friendly. It is my favourite cafe in york!!
