The quinoa salad was so yummy! Gluten free options on the menu are clearly marked. It was a bit difficult to communicate the importance of avoiding cross contact and some staff members also didn’t really understand what gluten is. I asked the lady who brought the bread out to us if they had gluten free bread and she was confused and didn’t know what I meant, but checked with our server. Fortunately, our server was knowledgeable and it seemed as the though the kitchen staff was too. When I did have questions our server didn’t hesitate to check with the kitchen. Sadly, they don’t have gluten free bread, but my meal was phenomenal and I didn’t get glutened!
