Absolutely delighted by my experience at Bajar Modern Mexican! The knowledgeable waitstaff ensured my coeliac needs were met in their gluten-free kitchen. The guacamole was the best I've had in Brisbane, perfectly paired with a Tommy margarita. The street corn was flavoursome, and the nachos potatoes were so crunchy and delicious. The brisket and chicken tacos were bursting with unique flavors. Highly recommend! 🌮🌽
