I’ve been to a few of their locations in RI and CT now. Great rice bowls. I doubt those with celiac can have anything fried, but I haven’t asked or tried anything myself. But the “rice bowls” (read: burrito bowls) are great! And large! And I don’t get sick after eating them like I do when I get burrito bowls from the chipotle on Hale Rd. Great selection of meats and salsas. I’ve tried the carnitas, chipotle chicken, and carnitas. All were very good. This place has become one of my go-tos when in RI and I’m glad there’s some in CT now too.
