All sandwiches can be made gluten free. Great choice well made and they heated the bread before they made the sandwich. They used separate gloves and workspace.

Every sandwich can be made gluten free. I had the fennel salami one and which was really good. They changed gloves and worked on a clean sheet (what they also use to wrap sandwiches). They did use the same utensil that they use for the gluten sandwiches to spread the mayo and pesto. So let them in advance.
