Gluten free crust is kept separately and they will get fresh ingredients if you ask. Always change gloves and are very careful about cross contamination. The vegan cheese option is good also.

Excellent selection of very fresh locally sourced toppings. Non GMO, gluten-free pizza crust that's good tasting! They also have premium quality vegan cheese for those who are interested. Healthy 10 inch pies baked in 2:20! My daughter and I eat there often!

Fast-casual quick-baked personal pizzas, offering gluten-free crusts from Gluuteny as an option. Not the best GF crust in the world, but everything else makes up for it.Although they don't have dedicated gluten-free kitchen space, they prepare the pizzas right in front of you, Subway-style, and it doesn't look like a risky environment for cross-contamination. We've eaten there several times since they opened a few months ago and haven't been glutened yet.Lots of toppings to choose from, and although they don't have an allergen list posted, they've always double-checked specific ingredients/toppings when we asked.They also have cookies and other baked snacks from Gluuteny available by the checkout.
