Best authentic tacos in town and very gluten conscious. Helpful to request clean gloves for full gluten contact prevention. They recently made their tortilla warmer corn flour only so you don't have to request they clean it between customers anymore. Literally everything except the regular tortillas seems to be gluten-free.
