I asked if there was cross contamination for gluten free cupcakes and could not guarantee but said they try to avoid it and that are separately transported and stored in the cafe. I tried, and it was really good!

Two cupcakes to choose from and bars that looked ok. I chose a lemon cloud with raspberry frosting. It was ok, a bit stale, real stale. The tea was better but there was no place to sit. Small sitting area, people were lingering and we were hopeful but no place to sit. Gulped stale cupcake and went on to shop Georgetown.

I've been to Baked and Wired a few times, half of which I've felt sick afterwards. The cupcakes are subpar, frosting tastes too sugary and fake, and the cake part isn't anything special. They do have good cookies, though. There's definitely better cupcake places nearby, including Georgetown Cupcake & Rise Gluten Free Bakery.

I used to come here a lot because they had a gluten free cupcake and various gluten free brownies/bars on the menu. I tried coming here last week and found that they had gotten rid of all gluten free items on the menu with no explanation. Additionally, the staff was unaware that they had no gluten free items anymore and tried to charge me for a gluten cupcake. They then took 20 minutes to find out how to refund this. Highly disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere, even if gluten free items return to the menu.

Tasty tasty desserts. Only a few gf options but what they had was good!
Yes
Lots of options but few of them are gluten-free. Just a bar and a cupcake when I went in. They were prepared in a shared kitchen. Knowledgeable staff let us know the products aren't celiac safe because they're prepared in a shared kitchen. They have awesome espresso though.

I'm gluten intolerant (so this place might not be a place for celiacs) but I didn't get sick.
They don't offer a lot of gluten free treats, I believe there is usually 3 options. I went during 4th of July weekend, so they had rice krispie, lemon- raspberry cupcake (delicious), "pop tart" . The pop tart is basically a cake square covered with jam and topped with icing Their pastries don't have that commercialized sweetness like Georgetown cupcakes/generic grocery store cupcakes do.
This bakery is usually crowded but that doesn't affect good service. I really enjoyed my sweet treats and plan to go back there again.
I recommend calling to see what kind of gluten free treats they have available.
They have delicious gluten free brownies, caramel blondies (my favorite) and strawberry chocolate cupcakes. They have the best cupcakes in DC!
Staff is knowledgeable and although they don't have a whole lot of options, the ones they have are delicious and celiac safe! I've had the caramel brownie, cupcake, and ice cream sandwich. Plus their tea and coffee is great, too!
Yes
They only had 3 gluten free options and I didn't really want any of them. I settled for the brownie, and it was decent tasting but I think I got sick from it. I don't think they were careful about cross contamination either.
Yummy monster cookie!
Great local place. Amazing options. I wish I lived here to try each one.
Amazing! Gluten free cupcake and gluten free ice cream sandwich are both delicious and they definitely take care not to cross contaminate. Highly recommend.
GO RIGHT NOW. Their coffee is amazing and all of their gluten free items that I have had have been great. My mom is addicted to their homemade granola, which is also gluten free.
