First visit and WOW. Good selection of what make a bakery yummy. Left with Blueberry scone, green chile biscuit, a baguette and pumpkin muffin. Considering what I've experienced since my self-reported NCGS, this is above everything. The baguette especially: crisp crust, nice brown color, moist nutty a little sweet crumb. It did not make it to my home. I understand gluten free is difficult to develop and bake and I say thank you for the work and dedication.
