Some GF items marked on the menu, but not all. Waitstaff are knowledgeable if you ask about ingredients in specific dishes. Food is pretty good, but nothing to write home about.

Gluten free pizza options. Sushi with gluten free soy sauce available! They don’t have gluten free bans for hambúrguer anymore but they offer it without ban!

I had a burger and a milkshake for lunch. I am celiac, vegetarian, and lactose intolerant. They have gluten free burger buns which don’t even look gluten free. I had a cauliflower and hemp burger and a tahini vanilla milkshake sweetened with dates. I also had tofu avocado sushi for a starter and they brought me gluten free soy sauce without us asking (I had told them I was celiac at the beginning). For dessert, they offered a gluten free, dairy free cheesecake made with cashews, and I couldn’t say no to an offer like that! They have several listed gluten free alternatives (including pasta and wraps) throughout the menu, but beware of the gluten free pizza crust if you are celiac, because it was not prepared on a separate surface. With all that wheat flour flying around, I can’t imagine it’s safe. They had an entire vegan menu that I ordered off of which was very helpful given my restrictions. This menu is new, so the staff asked us to be patient, but it was not even necessary. They were very efficient and accommodating, and when they did not know the answer, they asked the chef, which I appreciated a lot. It is also a health- conscious restaurant and there are several notes throughout the menu that allow you to make substitutions for different allergens and healthier choices. Highly recommend!
