After a walk (not compulsory) around the vineyards and orchards there is a restaurant where you can try the wines, cider, beer and apple juice.
Food is a sharing platter with choice of charcuterie, local cheese and vegetables. 3 of the vegetable choices were marked as vegan but for other allergies you had to talk to your server. Our server assured me that all the charcuterie and vegetables were dairy free and gluten free. Also that the crackers and flatbread were gluten free. Our platter was served with oatcakes and gf bread - not sure if that was standard or just for us. Not sure if the oatcakes were ‘proper’ gf oatcakes. My husband’s cheese was served on a separate plate.
The menu on the website is slightly different to what they were actually serving and the website does not indicate items as vegan
They are obviously allergen aware because they mark some menu items as vegan and know that everything is gf but it would be nice if gf items were marked on the menu
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Most/All
— Excellent
