Ballast Point has items marked gluten free on their menu. We called and spoke to the chef who assured us my Celiac daughter could eat the wings and french fries. He said they have a dedicated fryer that is professionally cleaned three times per week. My daughter at the wings and french fries and two hours later started vomiting which is her typical response when she’s glutened. The food came out extremely quickly and we asked the waiter to confirm it was the correct food. He took it back and confirmed with the kitchen it was hers. She ate it and became ill. Do not recommend. We took all precautions and she was still sick.
