Review of Bam Bam Bakery

Good to have 100% dedicated facility. However, we thought it was a little overrated. Having been to gluten-free bakeries in Asheville and D.C., I didn't think this one lived up to my expectations.

We tried the whoopie pie (great to have one in Maine), banana chocolate bread, quiche (too salty), eclair (nice but wanted more filling) and the strata (best).

Also, the coffee was wonderful...

The woman taking orders could have been friendlier! I shared it was my first time and then ordered, and she was pretty impatient.
