Review of Bamboo Bistro

Decent variety of GF Asian dishes, and the pizza restaurant next door is owned by the same person and also offers gf options (I did not try the pizzas nor ask about cc when making pizzas--I stuck with Asian dishes as that felt lower risk). Our waitress was knowledgeable about cc and about what ingredients contained gluten and suggested gf variations on some dishes. We were told the owner has several celiac family members.
