This is a local, family owned Asian fusion restaurant. I spoke with the owners about celiac and they seemed aware of the condition and how important being gluten free is for celiacs. The primary culprit on their menu is anything made with soy sauces. However, all of their curry dishes do not contain soy sauce. I did not have any symptoms after eating one of their curry dishes. I would definitely inform them you must have gluten free food when you order, they seem knowledgeable enough to be able to accommodate this request. The existence of separate frying/cooking space and utensils is unknown, however, so proceed with caution.
