Pretty tasty food! My server wasn't aware of fryer cross contamination, but was very helpful and double checked everything with the kitchen, so I still felt safe. The curries and pad Thai are already gluten free, and almost everything else on the menu can be made gluten free upon request. The deep fryer is not dedicated, so avoid fried foods. The tofu in the stir fry and curry dishes is pan fried, not deep fried, so is safe! The spring rolls are not safe, but the fresh rolls are (but only one of the fresh roll sauces).
