The first teriyaki chicken I have been able to eat since going gluten free. The food was delicious and I didn’t have any type of reaction. The staff that delivered the food also pointed out that the dipping sauce was GF.

No concept of cross contamination. Ordered gluten free sushi and it was placed in the same box and touching gluten containing sushi. TWICE. Then they thought they would just move it to a new box and not remake it when I called them out on it. Not celiac friendly at all.
They have gluten free soy sauce and teriyaki but you can’t trust them not to cross contaminate.

Got Edamame and salmon avocado, philly, and avocado rolls- without wasabi or sauces. Asked for GF soy sauce on the side and never got it. Felt fine, but it was expensive. 8 pieces per roll instead of 6 though. At least they had angry orchard
They have a whole gluten-free menu. Safe sushi and teriyaki. The best teriyaki I’ve had since being gluten-free. They also sometimes have gluten-free chocolate cake. I’ve never tried it before but it’s nice to know it’s an option.
*NOT SAFE FOR CELIAC* I recently had a conversation with the "head chef" who assured me that that all staff is educated on preventing CC, even stated one of their sushi runners is DX: CD. After asking more questions it became apparent he was uneducated on how CC works. Initially he stated all sushi rolls are GF, when I asked about the tempura, he decided some rolls aren't actually GF after all. When I watched the sushi be prepared, I was horrified! They use the same cutting boards to prepare and cut all of their sushi and in-between rolls, instead of hand washing, a rag next to the prep area was used to wipe their hands on. When I questioned about the cutting board and rag I was told that, when ordering my food, I could request clean ones to be used. My issue with this, the cutting boards are wood and so even if they are "clean" they aren't GF!

Used to be awesome. The last three times I ate there I got the worst stomach issues. I thought the first time it might have been something else. The second time, I chocked it up to New staff in the kitchen, the last time I only ordered sushi and omg I thought I was going to die. They must have forgot how to prevent cross contamination

Had their gluten free chicken teriyaki and brown rice. They also told me that I could order sushi without the sauce to be gluten free. Brought gluten free soy sauce to the table.

Many GF options and very good. Staff is very knowledgable about gluten and Celiac.
Yes
staff is knowlegable, and skips any sauces that are not GF. that leaves the rolls a little naked, but they are tasty.
Yes
I had Teriyaki Chicken for the first time in a very long time. They can make the fried rice gluten free, and they have gluten free soy sauce for sushi. It was a delicious meal!
No GF menu, but the staff was aware of what to do to make accommodations to the menu to be gluten free. They have gf soy sauce and gf teriyaki sauce for dipping. Nice atmosphere, very clean location and friendly staff.
