Have eaten here so many times and love the food! GF soy sauce and also has dishes besides sushi that are GF!!!

I have been to Bamboo many times since going GF and I have had a great experience each time. I have never gotten sick there. The staff is knowledgeable enough, many menu items are already GF so they have a decent GF menu. Their sushi is fantastic though I haven’t gotten a conclusive answer if their spicy Mayo is safe so I haven’t tried many. I get the General Gau’s almost every time and it never disappoints! They have GF soy sauce too which is nice so you don’t need to bring your own.
